Who is your best Range Agility Dota Hero?

After a few days of campaigning on who is your best Range Agility Dota Hero, I think this is official result as of now the poll is ended this day. Here is the result shown on the graph.

According to some of my visitors and the voters on my poll that runs after 1 week, the best Range Agility Dota Hero is the "Dwarven Sniper-Kardel Sharpeye". Let say if the four heroes nominated on the poll has the same stats, items and level, Dwarven Sniper is most powerful range hero among them. Why? because, as I what I have experienced in the actual game, that is true. Dwarven Sniper is really powerful. Sniper is a long range, have a skill called headshot that is very powerful and the assasinate. You can prove that the Dwarven Sniper is the best hero if you try it in the game.

According to one of my visitors and commentors, the sange yasha is bad item for Luna because it is like the Stygian Desolator that Luna can not able to attack. Is it that bad item for Luna? Well, the new version of frozen throne dota all-star, Luna can use sange yasha and the maim of sange has no effect when Luna is attacking, but for me I used it for hp and speed purposes. I've noticed that when luna have sange yasha, the movement and attack speed are increasing and it is good for here because it give here a chance to increase attack speed with here skill Moon Glaive is more powerful and bouncing to both enemy's heroes and buildings. It also give here chance increase life steal percentage because of attack speed when luna has helm of the dominator. Whether Sange Yasha bad or good for Luna but for me is good item and it depend on how to handle the Luna.

Luna Moonfang - The Moon Rider

Actually, this is another my favorite hero, Luna Moonfang-The Moon Rider. This hero is really strong when it comes of hero to hero and items carried. All her skills are very useful. Can easily build up high-powered items because she can make easy gold in spawning the creeps and hunting the enemy heroes using her skills. Right build of skills and items can made her stronger one to other hero but also depends on how you do your strategy to her. This dota game actually the battle of the brain game. Using your smart mind and good team work, you can win the game. Here, I can share on how to build Luna as a great and strong hero.

Luna Moonfang - The Moon Rider

Range: 330, Move Speed: 320, Primary: AGI
Str: 15 + 1.75, Agi: 22 + 2.8, Int: 16 + 1.85
Damage: 43 - 49, HP: 435, Mana: 208
HP Regen: 0.7, Mana Regen: 0.65
Attack Speed: 1.33 (+ 22% IAS), Armor: 4.1

Lucent Beam

Luna concentrates on the moon's energy and channels it forcefully to the surface, damaging an enemy unit. Casting range: 800.
Level 1 - 75 damage. Ministun for 0.01s.
Level 2 - 150 damage. Ministun for 0.1s.
Level 3 - 225 damage. Ministun for 0.3s.
Level 4 - 300 damage. Ministun for 0.6s.
Mana Cost: 90/100/110/120
Cooldown: 7

Moon Glaive

Allows Luna to attack extra enemies with each Glaive attack. Each enemy struck beyond the first incurs a 35% damage loss, per unit.
Level 1 - Luna hits 2 enemies with every attack.
Level 2 - Luna hits 3 enemies with every attack.
Level 3 - Luna hits 4 enemies with every attack.
Level 4 - Luna hits 5 enemies with every attack.

Lunar Blessing

Nearby ranged units gain the power of the moon.
Level 1 - Increases base ranged damage by 6%.
Level 2 - Increases base ranged damage by 13%.
Level 3 - Increases base ranged damage by 20%.
Level 4 - Increases base ranged damage by 27%.
Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A

Eclipse

Calls to the moon's magic, summoning a concentrated burst of Lucent Beams (without ministun) to damage targets within 450 AoE around Luna. Damage is equal to Lucent Beam level.
If Luna dies while casting Eclipse, Lucent Beams will still be produced at the area where she dies.
Level 1 - Summons 4 Lucent Beams.
Level 2 - Summons 7 Lucent Beams.
Level 3 - Summons 10 Lucent Beams.
Mana Cost: 150/ 200/250
Cooldown: 140

Here are the things (on my own build) you can do:
1. Spawn as many creeps as possible so that you can buy items
2. Using skill Lucent Beam, you can easily make extra gold just spawn the creeps using it.
3. If you have already, boots, enough mana, and lvl6 ultimate skill Eclipse, you can hunt the enemy hero as long as you can. This way you can gain extra gold after spawning the enemy.
4. If no enemy seen in the map, you can side creepings in the creeps camp. Be wise and alert.
5. Team work is necessary, so make sure you have to work with your team.
